Dr. Sarah Jones is a veterinarian who is limited to the practice of surgery.

Originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, Dr. Jones received her Bachelor's in biology from Indiana University and her veterinary degree from Michigan State University. Prior to specializing in small animal surgery, she spent four years practicing mixed animal, small animal emergency, and small animal general practice medicine. Dr. Jones completed a small animal surgery internship at MedVet Toledo, followed by a small animal rotating internship at Michigan State University. After spending a year as a clinical instructor at Michigan State, she completed her three-year residency in small animal surgery at MedVet Columbus.

Dr. Jones enjoys all aspects of surgery, including wound management and reconstructive surgery, orthopedics, and thoracic procedures. The most fulfilling aspect of her role as a surgeon is being able to help people by improving the quality of life of their pets.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking, running, and cycling.
